In this episode of RT’s Renegade Inc, the Rising Tide Foundation’s Matthew Ehret discusses the clash of two paradigms vying for dominance in the wake of the oncoming financial collapse of the western system. Open vs Closed system thinking is explored as well as the history of open system (ie: creative) policy making in US history that ended with the death of FDR and the sabotage of his vision for a world of sovereign cooperating republics.

I think what we have to to grasp at this point is that the immediate future of the global economy is not expansion, but mass reduction, not a rising tide, but a falling one. At this point, the Western world has reached an unsustainable point of constantly diminishing returns on investment. The impending implosion of the Western financial system is now taking precedence over any planned expansions of empire. Therefore the elites are planning to use Russia and China to take down the US and establish a new technocratic regime run from Europe, greatly consolidating their social control while greatly reducing the world’s economies and populations, leaving something like a medieval economy under computerized control, a truly nightmarish scenario fit for the “end times” as described in the Bible. I think that is what the elites are really anticipating by the “great reset”.
